Matthew Tolzmann is a South Florida native who joined Vishio, Watkins & Forry, PLLC as an Associate Attorney in 2023. He focuses his practice on representing homeowners, business owners, commercial properties, homeowner’s associations, and condominium associations in property damage claims. Matthew is committed to a client-centric approach, which has led to the recovery of millions of dollars for his clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Matthew began his legal career as a litigator at a prominent defense firm, where he represented some of the world’s largest automobile and property insurers. This experience provided him with valuable insight into insurance defense strategies, which he now leverages to advocate effectively for policyholders.
Matthew earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law in 2020, and his Bachelor of Science in Criminology, cum laude, from the University of Florida in 2017. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts, as well as before several federal courts.
Outside of the office, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and son, going to the beach, offshore fishing, and building race cars.
